Adams Mark Buffalo is located approximately 13 miles southwest of Buffalo/Niagara International Airport and a 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls. East of Lake Erie, the hotel is about four blocks from Buffalo Convention Center, half a mile from HSBC Arena, and six miles from Knox Art Museum.

Hotel amenities include the glass-enclosed indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, whirlpool, and sundeck. Deco has American-style fare, a Sunday brunch, and a weekday pasta bar; Tiffany Rose Lounge has live entertainment; Players has snacks and a large-screen TV; and Spot Coffee has fresh coffee and baked goods.
